TTTech Auto has been rebranded as TrustMotion, almost a year after its acquisition by NXP Semiconductors closed in June 2025
TTTech Auto has rebranded as TrustMotion, following its acquisition by NXP Semiconductors in June 2025. The Vienna-based developer of software-defined vehicle (SDV) platforms, including its flagship MotionWise safety middleware, made the change on 30 April 2026 and will continue operating as a neutral automotive supplier.
TrustMotion’s portfolio includes the MotionWise safety middleware, system-level solutions, safety consulting and hardware design services. The company supports OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, chip manufacturers and third-party software partners through what it describes as an open ecosystem approach.

As part of the rebrand, TrustMotion has named Chris Greentree as General Manager, succeeding Stefan Poledna. Poledna has moved into the new role of Chief Technology Officer at the company.
“I am excited to lead TrustMotion, working closely with Stefan in his role as CTO, as we help shape the future of software-defined vehicles,” Chris Greentree, General Manager of TrustMotion, said in a statement. “In a world where software defines mobility, TrustMotion is uniquely positioned to drive the industry forward with confidence, safety and trust. Guided by openness and uncompromising safety and security, our commitment remains unwavering as we continue to serve as a trusted SDV partner across the ecosystem.”
