Automotive World’s 2026 production forecast for Suzuki anticipates that Indian output will compensate for decline in other regions
Automotive World forecasts that Suzuki will produce almost 3.5 million units in 2026, up 2-3% from the previous year. Stronger increases in India and Indonesia are expected partly to offset further declines in Japan and Hungary, with an even more significant rise expected in 2027.
Over the five years to 2030, substantial investment and capacity expansion in India should see increases that outpace Suzuki’s other production sources, as the company is broadly expected to keep up with rising Indian market volumes.
