Toyota C-HR+ goes on sale in Europe from March 2026

Toyota’s new C-HR+ goes on sale in Europe with two battery options, WLTP range of up to 607 km and 150 kW DC fast charging

Toyota has launched the C-HR+, its new all-electric coupe-SUV, with customer deliveries beginning in Europe in March 2026. Built on Toyota’s dedicated eTNGA battery electric vehicle (BEV) platform, the C-HR+ is offered in three grades with two lithium-ion battery options and front- or all-wheel drive configurations.

The entry-level Mid grade uses a 57.7 kW/h battery producing 123 kW with a WLTP range of up to 458 km. The 77 kW/h battery, available on Mid+ and High grades, delivers up to 607 km in front-wheel drive specification (the longest range in Toyota’s current BEV line-up) or 252 kW and 0–100 km/h in 5.2 seconds in all-wheel drive form. All variants feature 150 kW DC fast charging as standard, with the High grade adding a 22 kW AC onboard charger that cuts the 10–80% charge time to around two hours and 12 minutes.

The eTNGA platform positions the battery underfloor, lowering the centre of gravity by 65 mm compared with the standard C-HR and improving torsional rigidity by 30%. The AWD variant supports a 1,500 kg towing capacity. A 10-year battery warranty is included as standard across the range.

Toyota says the C-HR+ is part of a multi-pathway approach to carbon neutrality and sits alongside the Urban Cruiser, bZ4X and bZ4X Touring in its European BEV line-up. The car is available in three grades across European markets, with prices to be confirmed by market.
