toneridge said its MirrorEye camera monitor system posted record Q1 sales, up around 10% on the previous quarter
Stoneridge said its MirrorEye camera monitor system posted record first-quarter sales, with revenue up around 10% on the previous quarter, supported by European OEM programmes and ramping North American contracts. The Ohio-based supplier has also crossed 150,000 cumulative MirrorEye units produced globally since the system launched.
The company reaffirmed its previously disclosed guidance of at least US$160m in MirrorEye revenue for 2026, which would be roughly 45% above the 2025 level. Stoneridge currently runs six MirrorEye programmes across 10 OEM truck brands, alongside a growing North American fleet customer base.
Bus and coach uptake is also accelerating, with the supplier expecting 2026 revenue from the segment to be roughly double 2024 levels. MirrorEye replaces conventional side mirrors with camera feeds shown on in-cabin displays, with the technology marketed primarily to commercial vehicle operators on safety and efficiency grounds.
In a statement, Natalia Noblet, President and Chief Executive of Stoneridge, said: “MirrorEye is core to our growth across both commercial vehicle and off-highway markets. Our strong sales performance, production milestones, and expanding customer base, including growth in the bus and coach segment, demonstrate accelerating demand for advanced vision systems.”
