Scania broadens Services 360 to cover more fleets

Scania has expanded its Services 360 portfolio to include dedicated packages for battery electric trucks and used vehicles

Scania has expanded its Services 360 aftersales portfolio to include dedicated packages for battery electric trucks and used combustion engine vehicles. The truckmaker said the move reflects growing demand in both segments and extends an offering first introduced in 2024.

Used vehicle customers can choose from four service tiers: Core, Plus, Full and Pro. These range from basic fleet maintenance and digital monitoring through to proactive and powertrain repairs. Battery electric truck customers receive the Full package as standard, covering all repairs, system interactions and unexpected issues.

Lars Gustafsson, Senior Vice President and Head of Trucks at Scania, said: “We want our battery-electric truck customers to only focus on maximising the use of their vehicles. By offering a single service level, Full, we ensure that every repair, every interaction between systems and every unexpected issue is handled and covered by Scania.”

Gustafsson added that the expansion aims to reach more transport operators across powertrain types and business sectors. Services 360 is built on Scania’s Flexible Maintenance planning system and a suite of digital tools.
