Qorix has appointed Shanghai Tranzy as its first Chinese reseller, giving local OEMs access to its full SDV middleware portfolio
Qorix, a middleware specialist for vehicle software, has agreed a reseller partnership with Shanghai Tranzy Group, marking the company’s first formal collaboration with a Chinese partner. Under the agreement, announced on 19 March at the 5th Software and Security Technology Week in Shanghai, Tranzy will distribute the full Qorix middleware portfolio to automotive OEMs and tier-1 suppliers across China.
The portfolio includes AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, the Qorix Performance stack for high-performance computing architectures, and Qorix Developer, which incorporates AI-based development capabilities. The deal gives Chinese customers local access to middleware platforms designed to support software-defined vehicle (SDV) architectures as manufacturers advance centralised computing platforms and service-oriented software stacks.

Tranzy will provide technical integration, local customer engagement and project enablement for vehicle platform programmes in China, drawing on its existing network within the country’s automotive ecosystem.
In a statement, Caroline Pastjan, Vice-President of Revenue at Qorix, said: “China is a key market for the future of software-defined vehicles. Partnering with Tranzy allows us to provide local access to our middleware platforms and work closely with automotive innovators in the region as they build scalable software architectures for next-generation vehicles.”
Oliver Ye, Chief Executive and Founder of Tranzy, added: “Chinese automotive companies are rapidly evolving their software architectures. By partnering with Qorix, we can offer advanced middleware solutions that help our customers accelerate the development of modern software-defined vehicle programmes.”
