Porsche’s new 911 GT3 S/C is a non-limited open-top GT model with a 510PS naturally aspirated engine and manual-only transmission
Porsche has introduced the 911 GT3 S/C, the first 911 GT3 variant to feature a fully automatic convertible roof, combining the lightweight body components of the 911 S/T with the 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six engine from the standard 911 GT3. The model is available exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission and is not a limited-edition release.

The 4.0-litre boxer engine produces 375kW (510PS) and revs to 9,000rpm, with revised cylinder heads and more aggressive camshafts carried over from the 911 GT3 RS for improved response in the upper rev range. The 911 GT3 S/C accelerates from 0–100km/h in 3.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 313km/h.

Lightweight construction centres on carbon fibre bonnet, wings and doors from the 911 S/T, magnesium centre-lock wheels and a magnesium-framed convertible roof, bringing kerb weight to 1,497kg, approximately 30kg more than the 991-generation 911 Speedster. Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes are fitted as standard.

The fully automatic soft top opens or closes in approximately 12 seconds at speeds of up to 50km/h, using magnesium ribs to maintain a coupé-like roofline when closed. An optional Street Style Package from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur provides distinctive exterior graphics and a bespoke interior specification. The 911 GT3 S/C is available to order now.
