Mercedes-Benz has announced the Maybach VLS Grand Limousine, previewed last year as the Vision V concept, with further details to follow
Mercedes-Benz has announced the Mercedes-Maybach VLS, a new Grand Limousine that extends the brand’s top-end portfolio beyond the S-Class saloon. The vehicle was previewed in concept form last year through the Vision V show car and is described as targeting customers seeking a rear-passenger-focused luxury experience combining generous cabin space with digital technology.

No technical specifications, powertrain details, pricing, or market availability have been disclosed. Mercedes-Benz says the VLS will feature what it describes as a first-class interior with a private lounge character, combining craftsmanship, luxury materials and digital features, though further details are to be announced at a later date. The VLS announcement follows the reveal of the updated Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, which also opened for order in Europe on 25 March 2026, as part of what Mercedes-Benz describes as the largest product launch programme in its history.
