US automakers have reportedly accused the EU of planning to stifle large pick-up sales, even though the market for them remains small. By Will Girling
US automakers believe the EU is intentionally blocking sales of the large pick-ups in the bloc, according to a 8 April article by the Financial Times. An unnamed industry executive cited by the publication stated “not only is Europe dragging its feet on the trade agreement, but they’re also looking at restricting US products and limiting customer choice in Europe.”
