International Motors has launched My International, combining fleet telematics with dealer communications and remote vehicle controls
International Motors has launched My International, a digital platform that brings fleet monitoring, remote vehicle functions, maintenance management and dealer communications together in a single interface. The system is available as a desktop portal or mobile app for fleet operators, drivers and International’s dealer network across North America.
The platform syncs telematics data with dealer service systems in real time. When a vehicle requires attention, it alerts the fleet manager, identifies the nearest preferred dealer and supports direct communication to schedule service, with warranty details, contract terms and repair statuses visible to all parties.

Capabilities include fuel analytics for the International S13 Integrated Powertrain, remote lock and unlock, GPS tracking, geofencing, over-the-air parameter updates for speed limits and idle shutdown, and warranty visibility. The platform also integrates with third-party telematics providers, allowing customers to consolidate data from multiple sources.
In a statement, Fabio Souza, Executive Vice President of Service Solutions at International, said: “This is a simplified way of doing business with us. My International brings everything our customers rely on into one connected system, helping them prevent downtime instead of reacting to it.” The platform is live across North America, with a five-year subscription supplied as standard on new International trucks and IC Bus models.
