Quintauris and eSOL have partnered to integrate real-time operating system technology into RISC-V automotive platforms for ADAS and zonal architectures
Quintauris and eSOL have announced a partnership to integrate eSOL’s real-time operating system technology into Quintauris’ RISC-V automotive platforms, targeting production-ready solutions for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), vehicle control and zonal architectures. The collaboration is aimed at providing OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with a consistent software foundation for next-generation automotive applications.
Quintauris says the partnership will accelerate the availability of RISC-V-based solutions in the automotive market, where demand for scalable and energy-efficient compute platforms is growing. The two firms intend to support software interoperability, integration workflows and migration paths for developers seeking alternatives to proprietary processor architectures.
“Their proven expertise in high-performance embedded software will help our ecosystem partners and customers accelerate development and shorten the path to production,” Pedro Lopez Estepa, Market Strategy Officer at Quintauris, said.
Tomoyuki Uda, Vice President and General Manager of Business Management, eSOL, added: “Together we will empower developers with an open, scalable, and safety-oriented foundation that meets the increasingly complex requirements of modern vehicles.”
