ZF’s Commercial Vehicle Solutions division will present driveline monitoring software, the CeTrax 2 drive and the A134 rear axle at Bus2Bus in Berlin
ZF’s Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division is presenting three technologies at the Bus2Bus trade fair in Berlin on 15–16 April 2026, targeting city buses, intercity buses and coaches. The centrepiece debut is a new driveline condition monitoring and predictive maintenance software integrated into the AxTrax 2 LF portal axle, which analyses e-drive data in real time for fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers to support early fault detection and reduce operating costs.

Also on show is the CeTrax 2 dual electric central drive, designed for intercity and coach duty cycles. The system delivers up to 380kW of continuous power at a minimum efficiency of 94.5%, positioning it for demanding long-distance applications.
Completing the stand is the A134, ZF’s next-generation rear driven axle for conventional and electrified bus platforms. The axle is engineered to handle higher weight and torque demands while offering improved recuperation, reduced weight and compatibility with existing installation points, giving bus manufacturers greater flexibility during platform integration.
