Toyota will exhibit at the H2 & FC Expo in Tokyo from 17–19 March, displaying its Honsha Plant water electrolysis system and third-generation fuel cell technology
Toyota Motor Corporation will exhibit at the 25th H2 & FC Expo in Tokyo from 17 to 19 March 2026, where it will display a diorama of the water electrolysis system installed at its Honsha Plant in Toyota City and present its third-generation fuel cell system. The expo appearance coincides with a series of presentations and talk sessions at the Toyota booth on the opening day.

Mitsumasa Yamagata, President of Toyota’s Hydrogen Factory, will outline the automaker’s partnership initiatives towards a hydrogen society. A joint presentation with Chiyoda Corporation will cover the 5-MW-class water electrolysis system demonstration unit developed collaboratively and now operational at the Honsha Plant. Toyota will also hold a talk session with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Aichi Prefecture on the social implementation of hydrogen in the mobility sector.
Toyota says it views hydrogen as a key fuel and has been developing initiatives across the full hydrogen value chain of production, transport, storage and use, in collaboration with partners and regional authorities.
