The transaction, which closed Feb. 23, 2026, included Porsche of Greenville, Land Rover Greenville, and Crown Nissan of Greenville along with related real estate. This marks RBM’s first expansion beyond metro-Atlanta. The Presidio Group served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Asbury.
