McLarty Automotive Group has acquired the Jefferson City Autoplex from Sonic Automotive, adding three import franchises to its already significant presence in central Missouri. The purchase brings Honda, Hyundai, and Nissan stores under the McLarty banner, bringing the group’s total rooftop count in the state capital to five dealerships. Sonic Automotive had held the three-store complex since 2021.
