MAN Truck & Bus and TIP Group have signed a framework agreement covering up to 600 diesel and electric trucks per year
MAN Truck & Bus and TIP Group, a commercial vehicle rental company and equipment solutions provider, have signed a framework agreement for the delivery of up to 1,800 diesel and electric trucks over three years. The contract, running from 2026 to 2028, covers up to 600 vehicles per year across 18 European countries, spanning weight classes from 7.5 to 42 tonnes and carrying an order value of up to €160m.

TIP Group has focused on zero-emission solutions since 2024 and was the first rental company to integrate MAN eTGX long-haul vehicles into its fleet.
In a statement, Friedrich Baumann, Executive Board Member for Sales & Customer Solutions at MAN Truck & Bus, said: “We are pleased to accompany TIP as an important partner on the path to sustainable logistics—with efficient diesel trucks and innovative battery electric vehicles.”
Arjen Kraaij, Chief Executive of TIP Group, added: “By working closely with partners like MAN, we can expand our fleet with both highly efficient diesel trucks and electric trucks, giving operators practical choices that balance performance, cost efficiency and sustainability.”
MAN’s e-truck models offer ranges of up to 830 km for the eTGX and eTGS, with megawatt charging up to 750 kW available from early summer 2026.
