Lucid Group is rolling out Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to Gravity owners via an OTA update, with global deployment completing in late March 2026
Lucid Group has begun rolling out Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to Lucid Gravity SUV owners in North America via an over-the-air (OTA) software update, with deployment to customers in the Middle East and Europe scheduled for late March 2026. The features are included in Lucid UX 3.5 and are being released in phases to existing owners at no charge, while all new Gravity vehicles will carry both as standard.

Both wireless and USB connections are supported for each platform. Apple CarPlay allows drivers to make calls, access navigation, control music and use Siri through the Gravity’s Clearview Cockpit display. Android Auto provides access to maps, media and messaging apps on the same interface, subject to device and operating system compatibility.
Lucid Air sedans already include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. The Gravity update extends the same capability to the SUV line across all markets.

Emad Dlala, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Software at Lucid, said: “Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are two of the most sought-after features by our customers. We are now providing a seamless connection between mobile devices and the Lucid Gravity. We’re excited to introduce these features to Lucid Gravity, which now offers even greater comfort and convenience for owners.”
