Leapmotor has unveiled the B03X electric SUV, built on a new A-platform and targeted at launch across nearly 40 countries
Leapmotor has unveiled the B03X, known in China as the A10, an electric SUV built on the company’s new A-platform and intended for launch across nearly 40 countries and regions. Presented in Jinhua on 26 March, the model is designed from the outset for international markets rather than adapted from an existing domestic product.
The B03X is equipped with dual Qualcomm processors — the 8295 infotainment chip and the 8650 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) processor — alongside a LiDAR sensor in the Chinese market configuration, enabling full-scenario parking-to-parking navigation. Leapmotor also introduced its World Model ADAS architecture, which the company says delivers intelligent driving performance without requiring high computing resources, and has committed to rolling out related capabilities via over-the-air updates to existing LiDAR-equipped vehicles.

The SUV measures 4,270mm in length with a 2,605mm wheelbase. Its 53 kW/h battery delivers a 505km range under the China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle, with 2.5C fast-charging adding 250km of range in 16 minutes. Energy consumption is rated at 10.7 kW/h per 100km. The vehicle has been validated across more than one million kilometres of testing and meets safety regulations across its target markets.
Leapmotor has designated 2026 its year of high-level ADAS development, with a target of one million annual sales.
