Lotlinx uses AI and predictive analytics to help dealerships move inventory faster and revive lost leads for higher sales.

Kerri Wise on how Lotlinx combines AI and analytics to move cars faster

Dealerships face mounting pressure to move inventory faster and maximize every sales opportunity in an increasingly competitive market. On today’s episode of Driving Solutions, Kerry Wise, Chief Marketing Officer at Lotlinx, outlines how dealerships can improve inventory efficiency, leverage AI, and increase sales through predictive marketing and lead revival strategies.

Dealerships face ongoing challenges with inventory management, rising holding costs, and unpredictable sales cycles. Wise notes that the focus must shift from generating leads to efficiently moving vehicles. Lotlinx helps dealerships identify inventory at risk of extended lot time, quantify associated costs, and implement forward-looking strategies that address these risks before they impact profitability.

Lotlinx’s platform analyzes millions of vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and shopper interactions daily. Using predictive models, it identifies cars that may struggle to sell and creates targeted campaigns to connect those vehicles with buyers actively shopping in the market. This approach moves beyond traditional marketing methods by allocating resources to vehicles most likely to face delays rather than applying a uniform advertising budget across all inventory. Dealerships using Lotlinx see cars sell 37% faster than local market averages, with reduced markdowns and lower holding costs.

“When we are handling their inventory from day one, our average dealer is moving a car 37% faster than their market.”

The company emphasizes the importance of AI and machine learning in inventory management. Wise explains that AI alone is insufficient; it requires high-quality, real-time data to make effective recommendations. Lotlinx combines extensive shopper and VIN data to guide dealerships in taking the right actions for each vehicle, optimizing efficiency and profitability.

At NADA 2026, Lotlinx is introducing two major initiatives. LotGPT, a dealer-focused chatbot, provides real-time guidance on inventory decisions. The second, Revive, targets previously closed-loss leads. Many leads considered inactive remain in-market, and Revive uses automated outreach to re-engage these customers. Initial pilot programs show that approximately 20% of closed-loss leads return to dealership websites within 45 days, representing incremental sales opportunities at a lower cost than acquiring new leads.

Both LotGPT and Revive leverage the company’s extensive data network, ensuring that actions are highly targeted. This data-driven approach helps dealerships reach the “needle in the haystack” buyers and recover value from previously lost opportunities.

By focusing on predictive inventory management, targeted lead revival, and AI-powered decision-making, Lotlinx delivers measurable improvements in speed-to-sale, inventory efficiency, and sales conversion.

Lotlinx will demonstrate these innovations at the 2026 NADA Show. Book a meeting here and visit them at Booth #2743W in the West Hall. The company will also offer an exclusive Jetson 1 aerial vehicle giveaway, providing a high-profile example of the brand’s engagement strategy for event attendees.
