Keeler Motor Car Co., partnered with Open Road Capital, acquired three dealerships from New Country Motor Group in a transaction that closed February 10. The sale included New Country Lexus of Westport and New Country Toyota of Westport in Connecticut, along with Audi Hawthorne in New York. Haig Partners represented the seller.

• New Country Toyota of Westport → New Country Toyota of Westport (Name retained)
• Audi Hawthorne → Audi Hawthorne (Name retained)
