Fuso strengthens European network with four new agreements

Fuso is restructuring its European sales network with new distributor agreements and a centralised spare parts logistics operation in the Netherlands

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation has announced a series of distribution and logistics appointments across Europe as part of the restructuring of its regional business ahead of the launch of holding company ARCHION on 1 April 2026. The changes cover sales and service representation in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, alongside a new spare parts logistics partnership with DSV Contract Logistics.

Beherman Motors has been appointed general distributor for the Netherlands, extending its existing role covering Belgium and Luxembourg. In Spain, a letter of intent has been signed with Car Facilities Management, owned by Ágreda Automóvil, Angal Automoción and INFIAUTO, elevating the group from dealer to national distributor level. In Italy, Fuso has signed a letter of intent with Interservice and VFM Enterprise, with the two firms planning to establish a new entity, MT Fuso Truck, as equal shareholders to serve as general distributor.

DSV Contract Logistics will manage Fuso’s European spare parts warehousing and distribution from a 10,000 m² facility in the Netherlands, handling more than 15,000 part numbers and covering outbound logistics to more than 20 markets across the region.

The announcements follow a separate agreement, reported recently, under which the Emil Frey group will serve as general distributor for Fuso across 21 European countries.

“With our agreements with Beherman Motors, Car Facilities Management, Interservice and VFM Enterprise, we strengthen longstanding proven partnerships in key European markets,” said Andreas Deuschle, Head of Fuso International Sales and Customer Services. “With our partner DSV Contract Logistics, an important milestone was achieved to ensure superior services to our customers in Europe through spare parts logistics efficiency and, consequently, high parts availability and vehicle uptime.”
