Ford’s Q4 decision to tear up its old EV strategy had a substantial impact on 2025’s bottom line, but CEO Farley is optimistic about 2026. By Will Girling
Like its Detroit rival General Motors, Ford recorded some costly special items on its Q4 2025 income statement. These totalled US$15.5bn, sending down its non-adjusted operating income to a US$11.6bn loss and shrinking the full-year bottom line to a US$8.2bn net loss.
