Cinemo brings Spotify integration to Škoda infotainment

Škoda has integrated Spotify natively into its infotainment system for Enyaq and Elroq models through a partnership with software provider Cinemo. The integration, powered by Cinemo Core, allows drivers and passengers to access music, podcasts, and audiobooks directly from the vehicle’s centre display.

The feature is available on Enyaq models with software versions 4.x and 5.x, and across all Elroq models. Owners can access Spotify following an infotainment software update.

In a statement, Petr Kabelka, Connectivity and New Businesses Lead at Škoda Auto, said: “This is the outcome of a long-lasting and close partnership and collaboration between the two companies, striving to always deliver the most intuitive and easy-to-use experience to Škoda users.”

Tristan Kleiner, Vice President of Legal and Director of Business Development at Cinemo, added: “We’re proud to support Škoda with a Spotify rollout—ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term reliability, that is now available to users via their infotainment software update.”

Cinemo describes itself as a provider of fully integrated digital media products for the automotive sector.
