iCAUR debuts ROBOX concept car at Beijing Auto Show 2026

iCAUR has presented the ROBOX concept car and a right-hand-drive V27 variant at the Beijing Auto Show 2026, targeting Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Chery’s iCAUR presented two focal points at the Beijing Auto Show 2026: the ROBOX concept car and a right-hand-drive variant of the V27. Both were presented by Chief Executive Su Jun at the brand’s section of Chery International’s multi-brand exhibition booth on April 24.

The ROBOX concept combines a OneBox silhouette with a high-clearance structure, with iCAUR describing the design language as “future-classic.” The concept features split round and rectangular lighting and modular exterior surfaces, and is intended to signal the brand’s longer-term design direction rather than a near-term production commitment.

The right-hand-drive V27 is a more immediate commercial step. The left-hand-drive version has established a presence in China and the Middle East, and the RHD configuration targets Southeast Asia and Oceania. The model meets five-star safety standards in both China and Europe. iCAUR’s V23 currently holds a leading position in the new energy boxy SUV segment across Southeast Asian markets.

The brand also announced a global exploration programme in partnership with China National Geographic, and a second season of its Player Carnival customisation initiative, with selected user-modified vehicles to be showcased at the SEMA Show. iCAUR is currently present in more than 40 countries and regions.
