Bentley Motors has confirmed its first fully electric vehicle will be revealed in 2026, alongside its fourth Sustainability Report
Bentley Motors has confirmed its first fully electric vehicle will be revealed later this year, as the British luxury automaker published its fourth annual Sustainability Report. The company said it recorded its lowest fleet carbon dioxide emissions to date in 2025 and maintained carbon-neutral operations at Crewe.
The updated Beyond100+ strategy acknowledges the need for greater flexibility on the path to electrification. Bentley said it will continue to offer plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and internal combustion engine (ICE) powertrains alongside battery electric vehicles (BEVs), while holding to the 2050 net zero target.

Alongside the BEV programme, Bentley is expanding work on direct air capture, sustainable aviation fuel logistics and eFuels, and has deepened lifecycle analysis in product and supplier decisions. The report notes expanded community investment through the Advancing Life Chances programme and the Bentley Foundation, which has broadened its remit to arts, culture and education.
In a statement, Dr Frank-Steffen Walliser, Chairman and Chief Executive of Bentley Motors, said: “In a year marked by geopolitical uncertainty, infrastructure challenges and shifting customer expectations, Bentley has taken a considered and resilient approach, balancing progress with excellence. Beyond100+ continues to guide our transformation, ensuring we deliver extraordinary vehicles today while shaping a responsible future for generations to come.”
