Mercedes-Benz will reveal its first all-electric C-Class on 20 April at a world premiere livestreamed from South Korea
Mercedes-Benz has detailed the cabin of its first all-electric C-Class ahead of the saloon’s world premiere on 20 April 2026, with a livestream from South Korea. The reveal highlights a pillar-to-pillar MBUX Hyperscreen, new high-end front seats, a multi-source heat pump and a vegan-certified interior that follows the all-electric GLC.

The automaker said the cabin offers more space than any previous C-Class, with high-end front seats featuring electro-pneumatic four-way lumbar support, massage, ventilation and 4D sound. An optional Hyperscreen spans pillar to pillar with around 10 million pixels; a smaller MBUX Superscreen is also offered.
Ola Källenius, Chairman of the Board of Management, Mercedes-Benz Group AG, said: “With the all-new electric C-Class, we’ve raised everything customers love about this model to the next level. The result is a new benchmark for quality, craftsmanship and comfort. It is the most spacious and most intelligent C-Class ever.”

A standard multi-source heat pump heats the cabin roughly twice as fast as combustion models and uses around half the energy, according to Mercedes-Benz. The interior is the second Mercedes cabin after the GLC to be certified vegan by The Vegan Society.
The launch forms part of Mercedes-Benz’s ‘140 Years of Innovation’ anniversary programme, which includes three new S-Class saloons touring 140 global locations through October. The livestream begins at 12:30 p.m. CEST on 20 April.
