Yunex Traffic appointed as Believ’s UK service partner

Yunex Traffic has been appointed as the UK warranty and service partner for electric vehicle (EV) charge point operator Believ, providing nationwide maintenance and support across a network of more than 2,300 sockets deployed at businesses, public spaces and on-street residential locations. The partnership is intended to support Believ’s aim of meeting the UK Government’s 99% reliability target under the new Public Charge Point regulations.

Believ’s network features AC and DC rapid chargers from manufacturers including Wallbox and Etrel, and operates entirely on renewable energy. Further installations are already scheduled in Brighton, Suffolk and Leeds as part of an ongoing rollout. Yunex Traffic will deliver planned and reactive maintenance through a team of NICEIC-accredited engineers operating from 15 regional service centres, backed by a 24/7 service operations centre providing remote monitoring and incident management.
