Hella Gutmann has launched the CSC-Tool Pro, a fully digital calibration system for advanced driver assistance systems
Hella Gutmann Solutions has launched the CSC-Tool Pro, a fully digital calibration system for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), now available in key European markets. The system features two integrated 3D cameras for automated alignment of targets and reflectors, with cloud connectivity providing up-to-date calibration specifications.
The platform includes a rotatable 86-inch Ultra HD monitor compatible with larger calibration targets from manufacturers including Honda and Iveco. An optional chassis pre-check function automatically verifies axle geometry before calibration to reduce errors. For radar calibration, the system offers both an adapter kit for smaller workshops and a free-standing fixture for front, rear, and side radar systems.

In a statement, Adnan Cemal, Managing Director at Hella Gutmann Solutions, said: “The CSC-Tool Pro is far more than just a tool—it forms the heart of an intelligent and fully connected ecosystem. Our system combines many years of expertise and OE experience and offers fast, guided calibration of ADAS systems at the level of vehicle manufacturers, as well as maximum transparency through complete documentation.”
The CSC-Tool Pro integrates with Hella Gutmann’s diagnostic systems and supports external devices. The company said 360-degree calibration for surround view systems is in development.
