ANFAVEA predicts the economic pressure that affected Brazil’s auto industry in Q4 will negatively shape the start of 2026 as well. By Will Girling
After strong year-on-year growth in the first nine months of 2025, Brazil’s exports quickly started falling behind in October. Data released on 15 January by the Brazilian Association of Automotive Vehicle Manufacturers (ANFAVEA) shows that the industry finished up 32% ahead of 2024’s total, though it weathered an 18% decline in the final quarter.
