Marelli’s Auto China 2026 line-up leads with a new e-Transmission Cooling Pump and a flex fuel system for small engines
Marelli will showcase a range of propulsion and thermal management technologies at Auto China 2026 in Beijing, led by a new e-Transmission Cooling Pump and a flex fuel system. The supplier will run its stand under the theme “Rooted in innovation, everywhere”, covering hybrid, electric, and combustion applications from 24 April to 3 May.

The e-Transmission Cooling Pump provides on-demand oil cooling for e-axles and dedicated hybrid transmissions (DHTs), delivering around 30 watts of energy savings against the market benchmark, according to Marelli. The modular brushless design reaches 40% efficiency and comes in 12-volt and 48-volt variants.
Marelli’s Flex Fuel system targets three- and four-cylinder engines using biofuels and ethanol. It features automatic fuel detection and integrated fuel rail heaters for reliable cold starts, drawing on more than 20 years of the company’s flex fuel development.

Thermal management highlights include the High-Performance Chiller for battery control, the eAxle Oil Cooler, and the Full Aluminum Radiator, which is already in production for New Energy Vehicles. The chiller uses an ultra-fine inner fin and lightweight build to support high charging rates, while the eAxle cooler uses an optimised dimple structure to boost water flow.
All three thermal products are built from mono-material aluminium to ease recycling. Marelli said the line-up was developed through a distributed model combining local engineering with global coordination.
