With the strategic positioning of Maserati increasingly uncertain, Stellantis may not be able to sustain the loss-maker much longer. By Will Girling
Maserati sold approximately 7,900 units globally in 2025, down 30% from 2024, according to Stellantis’ annual report. Considering it was ostensibly aiming for sales of 75,000-100,000 by that year, a mere 10.5% target attainment on the lower range limit appears damning for the luxury brand’s future.
