Ituran Location and Control has been selected to provide connected vehicle technology for Stellantis’ Connect Fiat programme in South America. The three-year agreement, with an option to extend for a further two years, expands on a partnership between the companies that began in May 2025.
Under the agreement, Ituran will supply embedded hardware, connected vehicle services, backend technology operations, and the end-user mobile application. The Connect Fiat service is available exclusively for the Fiat Strada pickup.
Eyal Sheratzky, co-Chief Executive of Ituran, said: “This project reflects Ituran’s ability to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end connectivity solutions, combining hardware, services, backend operations, and the end-user application into a single, unified platform.”
Gisele Tonello, Vice President of Stellantis Software Business Unit in South America, added: “The launch of Connect Fiat, exclusive to the Fiat Strada, represents an important milestone in our software and connected vehicle strategy in South America. Our collaboration with Ituran enables us to deliver a robust, integrated, and scalable solution, fully aligned with Stellantis’ vision of transforming the vehicle into an intelligent, connected platform throughout its entire lifecycle.”
